The Chana dal, yellow in color, is rounded on one side and flat on the other, and is one of the earliest cultivated legumes. We carefully sort the dal, which is then machine cleaned as well as hand cleaned, and is packed securely to maintain the purity and hygiene. The Chana dal is a major ingredient in the Indian vegetarian culinary scenario, and is essentially used in making curries.
