Coriander is used in cuisines throughout the world, and is used in most of the Indian dishes. We grow the coriander plant in a fully organic manner, and harvest them when they are fresh. The fruits of these plants are then dried, and crushed by machines to provide a finely ground coriander powder, which is completely natural. Sprinkling of a pinch of coriander powder is enough for curries to give its characteristic flavor. For all our powders, we ensure that the packaging is done with utmost care so that no amount of contamination happens, and the powders are in their pure form with their flavors retained to provide a pleasant and flavorful dish.
