Rajma is one of the staple and favourite dishes consumed in the Indian subcontinent. Our organic Rajma Jammu is cultivated in the foothills of Himalayas in the Jammu region. They are known for their rich red colour and are smaller in size than the regular kidney beans. They are widely consumed with rice, the dish being called “Rajma Chawal”, and are used in chilli, refried beans, soups and salads.Jammu Rajma beans are a very good source of cholesterol-lowering fibre, and especially good choice for individuals with diabetes. They are also rich in protein, loaded with nutrients and are low in fat.
