Sujialso known as Rawa, is coarse purified wheat middling of durum wheat, used mainly in making pastas and other South Indian recipes. Wheat Suji is made by separating the endosperm from the wheat, and then grinding it into powdered form to obtain the Suji. We use organic wheat to prepare our Suji, which ensures that the Suji is healthier, and tastier. Our organic Suji is white in colour with a yellowish tinge, and can be used to make pastas and dishes such as Rawa Dosa and Upma. Suji has a high gluten content, protein content as well as fibre content. Being bland in taste, it is used to make breakfast and snacks which are sweet and savoury.
